I once worked from pig raisin' to slaughter house on one of the largest pig faming opperations in the UK at the time (1985'ish) and the only thing's we threw away were the nasty things like colons, intestines and that kind of crap... UNTILL the American owners decided we needed to improve our output
I still eat british sausages, pork pies, scotch eggs, beef burgers! Why because we have laws in place now! (they aint good but they do!)
