Yeah, I saw this... funny that it's just hitting the news because I think this all went down mid-late February or something... I saw the preliminary stuff and just figured we'd hear about it if/when it passed... now all this press.
I agree - it's just too broad (not to mention stoopid) to get passed - even in Utah.
