Nick,

I agree. My perception is likely tainted, but when I see people like CJ remark negatively about me, it causes a bit of bewilderment on my part. You begin to assume that you just aren't liked in a sweeping manner, as opposed to disagreed with. I hold no grudges.

In concern with Brad, I like the guy, both as a businessman and a person. I don't like to see him fire off on your vested interest no more than I "liked" seeing you do it to him. These anipathies from both angles are beyond me, as I do not know the origins outside of chaotic board post, which I accredit little validity to.

Lawsuits against an affiliate program or processor would be tough, even if located in the United States. At some point in the corporation's augmentation into financial success, better paid lawyers softened the judicial-justification merits. When you deal with most programs / succesful-corps, the business of asset protection at some point took over as the number two or three most financed dept.

Now, one major bullet in the defense arsenal is obvious, spend money. One point of contention in an affiliate setting forth a suit is, yep, financing. You Nick, likely can play ball with the former and latter, but most can't. That said, you are playing ball in paragraph 3.

Funny the way the legal system works isn't it?
