Also for pure bastardness make an appointment through your lawyer with a high level cop.
Go in with all the stuff backing your claim. And the lawyer.
Make a formal accusation....
Its amazing the grief that causes....
Cost to you , a good lunch with your lawyer and a couple of hundred bill..if the lunch is good the bill will prolly be waived.
