We stole a page once from a realtor , and really messed up.
We grabbed it cause it scored really well for 3 keyword combos.
It was titled something like:
" Kevin Norris the number one keyword/keyword/keywotd in North Dokata and the surrounding area...."
He went mental . It appears he did a search on his name and it came up with 300,000 listings saying :
Kevin Norris the number one anal cum slut....
Kevin Norris the number one cock swallowing ho...
etc etc
and threatened to sue me.
I learnt my lesson though.
