said this on another board - I have had experience with this.
A church if it kept its records right and has 65k in the bank can easily apply for a mortgage to get repairs done... not too mention the historical society can be informed to keep it up to date.
One thing is for sure - they need to start renting out another facility to keep the kids safe, and good leader/pastor would make sure of that !!
