I do think the big thing I noticed was that the majority of members recurring were frankly as a result of forgetting to cancel , not great content constantly updated.
A lot of people of course cry "bullshit".

i think thats exactly the case. it went from not being able to cancel, to being too hard to cancel to be worth the time, to people just forgetting about it, after all, whats a 30$ charge on your isa bill after christmas gonna look like when compared to the rest of the stuff on the statement
