ev1.net doesnt allow adult you say?
|
I didn't say it. The aup at "everyones Internet" says it...
http://www.ev1.net/english/index.asp ("everyones internet")
and if you look up the ip for her site in ARIN, it points to "Everyone's Internet"
I thought ev1 had adult, but when I went looking around over there I couldn't find anything that says it does.

http://ev1servers.net/english/faq/index.asp does allow adult, but only on dedicated boxes apparently.. So, she could be legal, but I don't know of a dedicated box that would cut you off for going over the limit, all the ones I know of will just hit you up for overage....

"Can I host adult material?
Legal, uncopyrighted material is allowed on a dedicated server. We highly recommend you contact both your local authorities and the State of Texas for more detailed information regarding different types of adult content. Adult content is not allowed on a Virtual account. "
"What is your policy on bandwidth?
We do not limit your transfer rate for your dedicated server. Your dedicated server will have a 100mbps network connection unless otherwise stated (as in the 10mbps unmetered systems). We only limit the free amount of data transfer per month (except for the 10mbps unmetered systems). You will receive an email that will let you know when you are approaching your limit. We do not throttle (limit) the bandwidth of any system that does not break our AUP/TOS. "
