I'm not going to spam a host....even though I love mine...but the family brings up some good points..

And, one of the essentials for me...is whomever I use for hosting has to look out for my needs...and, that means if I'm learning and getting my feet wet, I expect my host to teach me and help me get through the growing pains....

I don't know shit about hosting. Took me a year to learn what bandwidth really means....I've had two hosts who have taken the time to answer every stupid question I've ever had....and, they both took the time to check the server now and again and recommend tweaking or upgrading or just 'hey, you're doing great'.....
