Building a relationship is like building a house. You have to take the time to make sure all the beams are straight and level. Otherwise if you have a roof truss that is 1/16 of an inch pointed too high, by the time you get to the end of the house, you've got a roof truss that's sticking up thru the damn roof, and you can hang a flag off it.
It's not impossible to fix the beam, especially if you catch it before you get too far along. But it's also not easy to do and I think that a lot of people just give up and go rent an apartment lol
