I have found that people respond or react to others based on mood. I think that the "vibes" you give off have a lot to do with how people behave around you. But I do agree - 99% of the time when I'm friendly, I get friendly back. And you know me, I'm always the first to strike up a convo. But damn those New Yawkers!! :grrr:
