My fucking head hurts. I'm not a big drinker, so killing a bottle of Grey Goose for me is alot.
Bill, I go to the gym like it's my religon. I'll post some pics when I get back from the gym when my camera is charged. When I'm at the gym, I don't look around, I don't socialize, I'm in there to move weight. One of the reasons I joined World's versus Boca Athletic Club was the eye candy factor. I didn't want the distraction. I worked out with my friend Adam at the Boca AC all last week. The intensity just wasn't there cause I kept staring at hotties.
Hammer military press, tuesday was my best so I thought at 120lbs each hand for reps, I did 140 each side for 7 reps last night back at Worlds.
I find myself stronger at 36 versus 28 when I first started as a webmaster. It's old man strengnth kicking in.
Back to the club thing... I should know better. I'm not looking for a long term commitment!
I'm going to be prepared next week. LOL
