I haven't actually read the fine print on this one. Looks too broad on a glance.

I would be in favor of a bill that basically protected my computer as property the same as any other personal property. In other words, no one has permission to do change it without expressly asking me first.

If I leave my car parked in your parking lot while shopping at your store, you cant go out and install something on it that flashes random ads on my windshield until I tear the engine out and re-install it.

Same should be true of my computer, you shouldn't be able to put your shit on it without asking just because I visited a website.
