Mike, while your points do have some validity, I must admit ... there are many differences with Goldman and the others
The others, whether it's shave, or whatever, has for the most part been speculative ... that is, heresay, not proved ... even if there were some that "we all know about" ... it's still in the realm of speculation as there's no solid proof (except for the several moronic companies that had unprotected systems, their shaving admin screens get plastered across GFY and they disapper) ... but none of them were "players" to begin with.
With Goldman, it's out and out fraud ... and each new venture and new alias is set up for one reason and one only, to screw webmasters. Even the sponsors and others you mention, Mike, didn't derive 100% of their income from fraud and shaving ... hence the name "shave" as in "off the top". Goldman does it out and out for that reason only.
