hmm generally speaking... if they really want to make a dent in these types of operations, they should legalize Marijuana and take the ilicit profit part, and trade value out of the equation cause just throwing a leadr in jail will only create a vaccum for more to follow and an atmosphere of distrust wich will increase the violence
