It was non sexualized. her character was 16, i always thought she was 18 when that was filmed.. born in 82 or so.. movie started production in 1999, thats cutting it close.. although i dont know if there is a national law on teenage nudity. I know age of consent is a states rights issue..

I think the rule of thumb is that if teenage nudity is not used in a sexual manner, it is acceptable. But i like that movie, and i thought that scene, though not physically sexual, was pretty sexual nonetheless.
