seriously though, this is some pretty scary stuff....
growing up in Wyoming, I remember some of the hardcore winter storms and then, once in awhile, we'd get these chinooks that were hard to explain to someone who hasn't seen/experienceed them...but it's a really warm wind that sweeps through and melts the snow.
