They have this option available already @ New.net.... was looking into this already today. Another TLD downloadable browser thingie, but if people are that worried, freaked or want another excuse to not monitor what their kids are doing, it would be helpful.
I'm with you - wasn't sure what this guy's REAL motive was.... sounds like he's either really, really stupid or that he owns an ISP and thinks he can make some money off this.... no wait, that's still just really, really stupid. lol
