Regarding this order, it is correct that we asked for an established e-commerce website before processing the order. We also offered to set up a free demo account that could be used before the e-commerce site was launched. Because we were not able to process the order we did issue a full refund for the PayPal payment.
In order to make sure that the system is used by legitimate merchants only, and to keep the carders out of the system, we do have to ask for an e-mail based with an e-commerce site.
