if your definition of porn is 'marketing sex', then football is porn, cars are porn, clothing is porn, sunglasses are porn, music is porn .........
this is the official definition of porn (the only one that matters in court):
porn
n : creative activity (writing or pictures or films etc.) of no literary or artistic value other than to stimulate sexual desire [syn: pornography, porno, erotica, smut]
this definition is what has saved many *porn* companies from being prosecuted for obscenity - and has caused many to be prosecuted for not meeting it.
so while the intention is to make straight women and gay men horny, adding some articles and following community censorship standards means this isn't defined as porn.
you and I can argue our opinions all day long, but the only definition that matters is the official one.
