wow this has gotten a great response and ive not said much about me so i guess u should lol
Online lets see , my first website experience wouldve been with
www.facethejury.com one of the largest website communitys around at the moment with almost 1.5million members , i was in the first 10 members to join the site as a friend of mine set it up , ive always had the knack to understand people and to get the best from them and so soon he saw that i was perfect as a coadmin to help him run the site
Ill be honest as an adult webmaster im a novice but as a community builder or day to day administrator im actually probably one of the best without blowing my own horn ..
www.forumsmanager.com is my services site where we design manage admin skin hack and do pretty much anything u can think of to do with forums or communitys. My own site is based purely on a community and my own first community at its height had over 25,000 active members before a serious of hack attacks eventually killed it .
Babesandstuff.com is my current main project but like others i have a day job as a telecoms network engineer installing and maintaining the national network of phone lines in rural ireland. But babesandstuff isnt my only site as im one of these people who has more ideas than sense and always try something new if i can do it myself or get someone to try it with me. so hers a brief list of some of my less busy sites
www.netitechture.com design site
www.alcobuds.com beer related site
www.peppellinipines.com mafia fiction site
www.paddyodoors.com an irish humor site that i need to update lol
www.babesandstuff.com my online bread and butter at the moment
www.cherishedday.com something i started but never got into but could well have been a great business idea if i had persued it properly
so here i am now 1 and a half years into adult and still finding my feet and meeting great people ... the one thing ive learned from my now almost 7 years as a webmaster is that you leanr something new everyday and experience is a great asset to anyone and thats why im here for new people and new experiences and to continue to learn from my peers in the industry
and the spam merchants of course
