WTF are you thinking? College hazing? These were prisoners of war. Not willing participants. Humiliation well beyond the norm. What is pathetic, though, is how many Americans will die because of this "HS prank". How many more fighters were recruited because of what happened. If he was following orders, he should have got them in writing if he was being ordered to break the Geneva Convention. Even in war, crimes are still illegal.
