Yes, you can get high speed access, cable, etc. as long as you're in the right place
I'm sure there are areas that DON'T have it but Wig and I both do.
All plumbing is indoors (unless you're out hiking or on the lake and REALLY have to go....) but you might have a well and not city/county water. My neighborhood has its own water system.
No natural gas here that I know of - just propane.
We have Walmart, Lowes, and more and more stores and restaurants are being built - much to my dismay
Come fast as the property values are jumping.
And if you want a little log cabin on a couple of acres of land, let's talk - I want to move further away
