what i'm thinking now while this market style is still pretty much untapped is how benificial might other niches be in this format?

it depends entirely on the niche ... any 'niche' where the surfer is there to fill time will work well in this format, but porn is different in that there's that need for instant gratification.
the audience on your 3d sites really care about quality and what the content is like, they care about how you made it etc - plus its rare. that audience wants to chat on boards and do all that stuff that revolves around your niche. someone looking for chicks with big tits is probably not going to care about the community, they just want to get to the tits.
but if you built it right, any niche could work ... a portal is basically just a big collection of relevant content & sites gathered into 1 location to make it easy for the surfer to find. so no reason why it can't work across all niches ...

I'm sure mine will be too eventually, in which case fuck 'em! I'm not removing the thumbnail of the dog with the doggy t-shirt that says "I'm a Bitch but my Mommy is single" ;-))))
we ordered some stuff from our redhotgreetings store recently, just to see what the quality was like as i've heard lots of bad things. i ordered a thong, a pack of postcards and the metal lunch box. the thong printing sucked, you could do it at home yourself cheaper and better, the postcards were above average, but the metal lunchbox was AWESOME. definately recommend for using as prizes ...
