Under international law he will have grounds to use that defense.
In all honesty though, i dont think that will be of any benefit to him based on the last 15 years media coverage, even if he loses, he will still have the no fair tribunal / trial / hearing defense because lets be honest.. is there anyone in th world ho hasnt heard of the guy?
