Well... In March 2004 Penthouse International acquired iBill from InterCept, Inc, then in August 2004 Care Concepts nearly bought 100% of IBill from Penthouse, but it dropped in September due to AMEX. Now IBill is still in Pink Sheets, formerly known as Penthouse International, Inc., portfolio... I think thats the latest official, but who knows what backroom deals have been going on.
