Lets say I am the CEO of FNF , which has just acquired Intercept.
FNF has a current Market Cap of Mkt Cap $7,694,000,000.00 , so obviously we have a little cash lying round.
Having just acquired this company whose value is suffering by the minute through not paying its clients either in a timely way or indeed at all , wouldn't it be smart to protect the value of the acquisition by injecting funds from the parent?
Doing so and spending small dollars in recompense may cause opinion to sway back, thus increasing the bottomline.
ie "Do an Epoch"
