when is the deadline for the discussion period? and who is the one to make the determination on how to proceed?
was this just an ashcroft thing, and it will die out like the " bankruptcy reform bill" that has never came to pass, or will it pick up speed again?
does anyone have any up to date info? or are we still in a holding pattern?
