A dog egg .. is an english term for dog shit, you can also have cat eggs too. Coincidentally, the little 'cracks' around the turds are called 'breather rings'. It is similar to looking at the age of a tree by it's rings, each 'crack' tells you how many times the animal took a breath whilst having a dump, hence the term breather rings.
