We are having the mose bizarre weather. We havent had much snow and its been really warm, in the upper 40's some days. The ice on the lake keeps melting and refreezing so its great for skating.
I've fallen on my ass about fifty times this winter. I need to get some of those old lady spikes for my shoes!
I think male moose shed antlers every season or something so sometimes you can't tell.
Dianna, the light/dark thing is pretty crazy. This winter its really getting to me, I just want to sleep all the time. The summer is fucking awesome though. 20+ hours of gorgeous daylight, ahhhhhhh, I cant wait.
Come to think of it, Alaskans are a little bit like manic depressives or something. We put up with the dark winter for those few months of manic sunlight highs
