the fact there is a tape to begin with shows Bush didn't do his job...
although, I think the fact he is talking about more attacks means there won't be anymore on that scale (from his taliban boogeymn anyways)...if he was going to pull another attack like that, I'm sure he wouldn't be bragging about it ahead of time...
