In the end, abortion, like many other issues come down to a "tell you what to do " or "you have free will and free choice".
The conservative anti-abortion groups are doing exactly what they say the liberals do on other issues, claiming to know what is better for you than you do.
There more of "them" there are in key positions, the more presure comes from that side.
