Here's a fun fact...
Originally the Vice President was the person who came in second in the Presidential election. Imagine the fun that would be today.
As for learning, the problem with waiting until you're 25 is you'd quickly realize how bad and out of touch many teachers are. You'd talk back and have to spend time in detention.
