Ahhhhh....but Grasshopper you are not factoring in that MOST of the "provisional ballots" are excluded for various reasons. Less than 20% of thos ballots will actually be sanctioned.

I would like to see a "Provisional" concession speech at 10am when he SHOULD try and UNITE the country instead of doing the opposite.

And thank goodness that we don't have to hear this BS for another 4 years how he stole an election. Bush is NOW the legitimately elected leader. And to my friends in FRANCE.......TAKE THAT Jacques you backstabbing THIEF.
