I'm another one who just cant deal with someone who insists upon using the phone for business.
Email is faster and less obtrusive and let's me deal with things at my pace and prioritization. I treat my inbox largely like a todo list. If you just ask me to do something voice and dont back it up with an email, odds are I never remember it.
