Industry wide, what are the biggest mistakes this industry has made.
I would say one of the biggest was when we started giving everything away for Free
Free Content, Free Hosting, I am surprised webmasters are not asking people to generate traffic for them as well.
Along the same lines - the absolute GLUT of free content out there.
What are some others ? Also can they be "undone" ?
