remember ibill clients, take every piece of information you are hearing with a grain of salt. the information given to you by a competitor is going to be in their best interests, not yours.
GET YOUR OWN MERCHANT ACCOUNTS.
You will find out that most of the rules are IPSP rules, not visa's.
