Do you have an exit strategy for both failure and/or success?
I never really considered one for success. I do have one in case of failure.
I don't own any paysites, and I highly doubt someone wants to buy my burgeoning design biz...well maybe not right now...so I guess maybe I should plan for that just in case that offer ever came about.
