My brother's in laws are on the St. Johns in Palatka. They were here and planning on staying the weekend but went home (she's an insurance adjuster and besides being swamped with work from Charley, she will be swamped even more in the next few weeks) and are expecting floods from the river
They have also boarded up the parent's house in Orange Park and hoping for the best.
Times like this remind me why I bought a house in the mountains and rent at the beach instead of vice versa.
