Ya know what would make a great SEO type site? A blog of your progress on doing the 'final goal' ie the burning rope. You could blog your progress almost like a fitness diary ... its a perfect subject for building a community website around, and the plus is its your personal passion.
If you really want to hang from a burning rope and remove a straight jacket while doing it, you will. You know what you have to do to practice ... don't say you are going to 'try' - that sets you up to accept failure, you are going to 'do'.
