Remember to cover EVERYTHING (including multiple exit strategies) before making any agreement - moral in mainstream is only as good as the signed contract, and even then there will be lawyers trying to twist every word around.
I lost my business "innocents" to a big mainstream company, who whispered sweet words in my ear, and told me it will not hurt - then they screwed me, and never called back...
However I learned from it, gotten wiser and stronger, but damn it was an expensive lesson in business life
