I invented spyware. All the stuff you see out there is based on my software. I was doing "nifty" things even longer ago than the Gator company or WhenU.
So when I see folks get in trouble for their clone of my stuff - I just can't help but smile.
I've got a safe full of signed non-disclosures, non-competes. Maybe if I get bored enough, I'll hand em' over to the attorney's and have a day of reckoning.
