I can appreciate it - and I'm not trying to offend you or your effort, at all - that's not my point. I've talked to the legalese and have an idea of what i have to do.
Things may be unconstitutional but if they are and it's enforced, someone is gonna have to be the guinea pig - I'm not gonna be in that position - I'm not gonna give another 4 years to try this over and over. This is a political & idealogocial move - not about enforcement of law. It's a re-interpretation of existing law.
edit: and if people can't figure out why it's being re-interpreted & support the people behind it, what happens is what they deserve.
