yeah the car companies would definately go for this!!!
as if!! think of how much of the new car market is made up of 18-25s with only a few years (or none!) experience!!
if logic, common sense and what's best for people came into it - cars would only go as fast as the maximum speed limit, we'd all be driving electric or solar powered cars, there'd be no need for oil and no need for war over oil ....
Why, when there is already technology to turn salt water into power, do we still need oil?
Why do most of the funds raised by charity organisations get spent on 'miscellaneous admin services'?
Why do we EVER eat mcdonalds, soda and lollies when we know they are practically poison?
Why do we go to casino's and gamble when we know the odds are stacked way way against us?
