Don't even think of changing sharky. We have the 1.5 from Verizon here as an option. As a matter of fact we used it for all of the first 3 weeks we lived here. It sucked completely, and it's been nothing but a nightmare getting them to stop billing us for it even though we cancelled it in March. I just went around with them again last week.

To be honest I had the same problem with them when I switched to Cable.
They billed me for a year, sent me to collections, etc. I had a nice guy call from the collections agency that finally sorted everything out. Fortunately I saved every bit of communication I had with them, including several certified letters.
Regardless, seems like a nice service... but thanks for reminding me of my problems!
