When I was watching the house of reps yack away about plane security while in d.c., I couldn't help but notice the place reaked of cigar smoke. Isn't it the same building where they ok'd banning smoking in federal buildings?
I thought it was funny, according to my lawyer relative from d.c. once you get on the floor you can do whatever you want, except go over 3 minutes.
