The only way you don't convert is because either you or someone else doesn't want you to convert.

Get 'fan' traffic. That traffic is loyal to the bone and they sell by word of email to their friends which is better than opt-in. THEN you hit em' with affiliates that you KNOW are honorable. Don't gypp your fans, they're better than friends, they PAY.
