Every so often I turn on a simple tracker that looks at the default browser languages of surfers... less and less US english as a percentage.

After I came back from London,
I predicted exactly that and for the reasons you mentioned.
MOST of the programs getting shaved on the surfer level,
even before surfer reaches the designated site, due to "tool bars", zombies, etc redirects,
whatever is left is for grabs, but this is very small portion nowadays.
