Hooper isn't the only one doing spyware. Alot of what he does is just as bad as other peoples practice. Quite a few mailers hit 10 year olds with Tranny spam every day.
But when you wan't to send traffic to these types, remember, they are looking to fuck people hard, so if you are a webmaster, think about if you'd really be on the un-fucked list.
And I don't like hooper one bit, just saying, his scumware is on a long list of surfer fucking tactics. He worships the same god as all of us, the almighty dollar.
