Hmmm...Let me check the oh-ficial BJ and Bus Drivers guide.... Looks like it is in grey area there...

"If the vehicle is used to transport passengers for a profit and not just for personal use then it shall for purposes of determining if the driver is owed a bj, be classified as a bus. However, if the vehicle is used predominantly for family members and friends and thus not as a profit making vehicle, it shall be classified as a personal vehicle and while the driver is not necessarilly owed a bj, a bj may be delivered at the giver's option"
So, in this case, if the bus was used as a prop for a site, it would become a "profit producing vehicle" and therefore Mary would owe the driver a bj.
